Having worked in the healthcare industry for years, Carmen has a good understanding of how the food we consume affects our health and general wellbeing. Combining this knowledge with the passion for making desserts and Honey & Date was born. Carmen is a registered Pharmacist and has completed the
Pastry Diploma at Le Cordon Bleu.
